Cancellation Policy
________________________________________ FOREIGN CHALO – BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 1. BOOKING POLICY • All counselling sessions are paid and must be booked via https://www.foreignchalo.com/ • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. • Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by our team. • Students must provide accurate information for effective guidance. 2. SESSION GUIDELINES • Students must join the session on time. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Joining after 10 minutes will be marked as a no-show. • Session details (meeting link/platform) will be shared after booking. 3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session. • Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refund. • One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested 24+ hours in advance, subject to availability. 4. REFUND POLICY • Refunds are applicable only if: • Cancellation is made 24+ hours before the session, or • The session is not conducted due to issues from our side • Refunds are not applicable for: • No-shows or late arrivals beyond 10 minutes • Cancellations within 24 hours • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. 5. NO-SHOW & PLATFORM MISUSE • A no-show includes not attending or joining after 10 minutes. • No-shows will be considered as completed sessions with no refund or reschedule. • Repeated no-shows, fake bookings, or non-serious usage may lead to temporary or permanent suspension from the platform. 6. CODE OF CONDUCT • Users must maintain respectful and professional communication. • Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. 7.
