Welcome to Foreign Chalo (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, using, or registering for our consultancy services through www.foreignchalo.com, you (“Client”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Services Provided
Foreign Chalo specializes in guidance, support, and advisory services related to international education, including university selection, application processes, documentation assistance, visa counseling, and related educational consultancy.

2. Client Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for availing our services.

  • You are responsible for verifying all documents submitted to us and for ensuring prompt communication during the consultancy process.

 

3. Fees and Payment

  • All consultancy fees will be communicated in writing and must be paid as per the agreed schedule.

  • Fees once paid, unless otherwise stated in writing, are non-refundable except for critical failures attributable solely to Foreign Chalo.

 

4. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

  • Foreign Chalo does not guarantee admission to any institution or approval of any visa; our role is advisory and supportive. Final decisions rest with third-party institutions and authorities.

 

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We will not disclose your information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or for necessary application procedures.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, documents, and materials provided by Foreign Chalo remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce or distribute such materials without prior written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for accuracy, Foreign Chalo is not liable for errors, delays, or loss incurred as a result of information supplied to, from, or by third-party entities or as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these Terms, providing false information, or for any other reasonable cause.

 

9. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of INDIA, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
